I received my Sales Person's License and Brokers License in 1978 and have been a full time professional since 1991. I have achieved the following Professional Designations:

	GRI -- Graduate Realtors Institute, three year commitment to learn real estate.
	CRS -- Certified Residental Specialist, a GRI with additional expertise in listing, selling, investment, taxes and more... This coveted designation is attained by only four percent of sales associates nation wide.
	RPS -- Resort Property Specialist, granted by Coldwell Banker after successful completion of Resort Area Property Training.
	ABR -- Accredited Buyers Representitave, serving in this capacity I can evaluate your specific needs, arrange all showings, research property issues prior to making an offer and do all negotiations on your behalf.
